Roth Bar & Grill, Bruton
The Roth Bar & Grill combines gastronomy with contemporary art, serving honest, simple and seasonal food. The restaurant has at its core a site-specific bar created by long-term friends of Hauser & Wirth, Björn and Oddur Roth, the son and grandson of the late artist Dieter Roth. The Roth bar will serve two rotating lines of draught Wild Beer, from a world-class artisan brewer located in Westcombe just a few short miles away; a nimble list of wines available in carafe, bottle and magnum; Mozzo coffee and Chase Fine Tea; cocktails including Antic Negroni and seasonal bellinis. There will be sherry from Chipiona and a cut glass crystal decanter of vintage Port will be available post luncheon in the spectacularly adorned restaurant. The chefs work closely with local farmers, gamekeepers and gardeners to use local and ethical British produce. A stone’s throw away from the Roth Bar & Grill, there are farms that produce fruit and vegetables and rear free-range livestock. The menu will include wild birds and responsibly sourced fish that is delivered daily from the south coast shores.

At The Chapel, Bruton
Previously a 17th-century coaching inn, located on Bruton’s High Street, At the Chapel houses a bakery, wine shop, restaurant and 8 bedrooms. A warm and friendly place to shop and experience a Mediterranean style menu. At the Chapel offers everything from breakfast,coffee and pastries to drinks with friends or a full three-course dinner with wine.

Matt’s Kitchen, Bruton
Informal and cosy, Matt’s Kitchen offers a warm, relaxed environment with a simple menu of a single ‘dish-of-the-day’ along with a selection of starters and desserts. Matt’s kitchen is based in Matt’s own house and, due to its limited capacity, it is best to book in advance.

An intimate farm-to-table restaurant, Osip serves dishes that celebrate a time and place in Somerset, using only the best local and hand grown ingredients. Recently awarded a Michelin star, there is no set menu for dinner and two menus to choose from for lunch. The restaurant offers a truly unique and refined dining experience.
